If you have any queries in relation to your cover while visiting a medical provider, please note that our Helpline staff has instant access to your policy details so that we can provide you with the assistance you require.

The Provider Visit

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. When visiting a doctor for the first time, you will be asked to complete standard information form, which contain details such as insurance information, present or past medical conditions and emergency contacts. Provider’s offices will also ask you to sign a release of protected health information. This signed release will allow your physician to provide medical information to HENNER for pre-authorization and claim processing purposes.

Should the doctor’s office have any questions regarding your coverage, please ask them to contact the HENNER dedicated Helpline at Olympus (+1) 866.936.1225 (toll-free from the USA) for eligibility and benefit verification. Alternatively, you can contact us and we will gladly speak with the provider to arrange for direct settlement (where possible).
