Your Personalized Membership Card

Henner supplies a personalised Membership Card to every member, which contains our essential contact numbers and addresses.
We suggest that you keep this card with you at all times. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Making an Appointment

1) When booking an appointment, inform the provider that your insurance is covered thru AETNA (no need to mention HENNER)
and the provider should call1-866-936-1225 to check your eligibility.

2) Bring your Henner-GMC membership card with you on the day of your visit.

3) Care covered by your insurances will be directly paid to the provider. The share remaining to pay will be at your own expenses,
either at the time of the visit or upon receipt of the bill at home.

4) If you encounter any problems or require assistance you may also contact the Olympus Customer Service Specialists who will
be pleased to assist you with making the provider appointment.
